In the near future, I will be adding, “Life Transitions Coaching” to my services.
*I will still offer my expertise to Career Counseling clients, often mid-career, feeling exhausted, unsure, and ready to transition to more meaningful work.
I’m excited to be working towards my, “Life Transitions Specialist Certificate” through PESI (Professional Education Systems Institute), which includes six courses within the area of, “Life Changes that Cause Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Identity Shifts & More.”
This certificate will add to my knowledge and resources to support clients in both Holistic Career Counseling and Life Transitions Coaching. Examples of Life Transitions (in addition to career transition) for which I plan to offer coaching:
- Transitions into Parenthood
- Transition into Retirement & Legacy Work
- Transition into Changing Location (Decision-Making & Establishing Yourself Post-Move)
